Challenges Faced as a Marketing Lead

Working as a marketing lead at FSA enterprises I face many problems and issues. Sometimes I lack in understanding the need of my customer and sometimes I lack the information and ask my team about it, but I tried to overcome these issues and I learned from my mistakes.

The biggest problems were understanding what our customer wants and how to build trust of a customer and understanding the competition in the market. However these challenges give me knowledge skills and give opportunity to learn and grow.

The next issue is the content that helps an online business to grow and the low interaction and poor post creation in social media posts and negative feedback and complaints create sales issues for a new business.

Role of Case Studies in Sales Growth

Lastly the thing that is effective in good sales is the case study. Its optional but very effective. Sometimes a campaign fails because of the messages that is given is unclear, but after some small adjustments it can create a big difference and the campaign become effective and sales started to generate.
